Delete your PYQBox account

PYQBox, by PYQBox. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app (immediate)

Open PYQBox and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my PYQBox account”, from the email address you signed in with, or include the mobile number you signed in with. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Your sign-in record (Google, Apple, phone number or Truecaller)
Your profile: name, photo address, mobile number and bio
Every test attempt, answer, score and result
Notification tokens and notification preferences

What is kept

Nothing linked to you is kept in our live database. Copies in our database provider’s backups are overwritten on its normal backup cycle. Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is handled under Google’s own policies.

Prefer to keep your account but withdraw consent? Turn off notifications in Settings or your device settings, and change ad consent in the app's Settings. Details: Privacy Policy.
